WARNING

The I-BSI system helps alert the driver to vehicles in adjacent lanes and can assist in guiding the vehicle back toward the center of the lane if a potential side-collision risk is detected.
The system uses rear-mounted radar sensors A to detect nearby vehicles, and a front camera B (behind the windshield) to monitor lane markers.

Detection zone
The detection zone extends from the outside mirror area back approximately 10 ft (3.0 m), and sideways up to 10 ft (3.0 m) from the rear bumper.
